Frequently Asked Questions
- Can we pick up the Stork Sign and set it up ourselves?
- Due to liability issues and for the convenience of our customers, we take care of the delivery/set-up and take-down of the yard display.
- How do we pay you?
- We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders. Personal checks or cash can be paid in person or left for pick-up at time of delivery. Payment is expected at or before time of delivery.
- What are your business hours?
- We can be reached in the office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- Do you deliver Storks at any time of day?
- We do our best to accomodate all requests, but generally we set up Stork Signs early in the morning or at night.
- How much notice do you need?
- We ask for at least a one day notice.
